Mission Statement
The Primary aim of The Exodus Academy is to empower individuals to identify their spiritual gifts and to operate in the supernatural realm with biblical intelligence and authority. The Exodus Academy equips and strengthens its students to be a part of God’s supernatural army by ensuring that they stir their gifts and not neglect them as commanded in 2Timothy1:6. Through our foundation course and advanced courses along with an intercessory component, called Exodus Movement, The Exodus Academy is designed by the Holy Spirit to take your life from ordinary to extraordinary.

Core Values
Holistic Ministry
It is easy to become so spiritually focused in ministry that we neglect the other needs of people while focusing on winning their souls. Jesus took a holistic approach when ministering to people, he considered their physical, emotional, mental, social, and psychological needs.
Prayer and Intercession
According to Ezekiel 22:30, 1Timothy 2:1-2, and Ephesian 6:18, the Lord is always looking for someone to stand in the gap for His people, our neighborhoods, and for His will to be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
Spiritual Development
Spiritual maturity is necessary to walk with God. Biblical intelligence is not the only factor that helps with spiritual maturity. It is impossible to be spiritually mature while remaining emotionally immature.
Leadership Development
There is a way to lead that does not cause harm to self and to those who we are leading. Leadership should include but not limited to empathy, transparency, wisdom, resilience, effective communication, and listening. It is an unfortunate but common thing for ministers to administer healing to others while struggling to be healed. It is important that those in leadership lead from a healed place.
Relationship With God
Power from God without a relationship with God is ineffective because it is power without authority. It is a relationship with God that secures authority in the spiritual realm. Many people know to approach God as Lord and King but very few know to approach Him as a father, comforter, and counselor. To only know God as Lord and King is to miss other aspects of Him that makes loving him easier.
