He also reminded me of the mentorship training that I underwent and the mentorship training I have facilitated. The Lord wants a mentorship component in Exodus Academy.” -Orayne Williams
Exodus Mentorship is an annual training program occurring twice per year. There will be only two phase of mentorship and a max of 15 enrolled mentees per phase. Each phase will run for 6-8 weeks.

Phase 1
New Believers Mentorship- In 2021 I felt the heart of the Lord as it pertains to the church not having a proper system to help new believers transition into their walk with God. Oftentimes the church is so soul-focused that after the baptism of a person it overlooks the need for mentorship/discipleship because it believe the work is done. However, in reality that individual who was baptized, without discipleship, can easily black slide and that soul that was once saved has now become lost. Phase 1 Focuses:
- Recently baptized in the sphere of 2yrs
- How to Read the Bible
- Identifying And Activating Spiritual Gifts
- Establishing A Safe Community Of Believers
- Transitioning from the world into the Kingdom of God/Body of Christ
- Navigating the church culture
- Biblical Intelligence
- Emotional Intelligence
- Relational Intelligence
- Relationship with God
- Partnering with the Holy Spirit
Exodus Mentorship
Phase 2
Mentorship Phase 2: Believers Becoming Mentors- Phase 2 is for intermediate or advanced believers who want to serve in the secular world or their church as mentors to new believers. Phase 2 not only train believers to be mentors but it equips them with the leadership knowledge on how to establish and facilitate “New Believers Mentorship” programs in their churches or to start their own christian mentorship program in the secular world. Cohort 2 will be trained to become mentors and armor bearers to new believers. Phase 2 program includes training on:

- Different Teaching and Learning Styles
